Although the large flowered Grande Amore® is unscented, it has every other feature that characterizes true love,- fiery passion, timeless beauty and reliability. The tall buds and curling, velvety red petals leave nothing to the imagination and give the unmistakable message of ‘You are the one for me’.

Grande Amore® has a very good vase life of 14 days. Its long, straight stems (19 to 35 inches) have very few thorns, making it easy to work with. Grande Amore® does not continue to grow in the floral cooler, which makes it ideal for long distance transportation. In full flower the rose reaches a diameter of 4 to 4 ½ inches. 

Rosa Grande Amore® (Dutch Auction code 28714) was introduced at the Aalsmeer cut flower auction at the end of last year and is now available in limited supply numbers. The rose will be produced by more Dutch growers this year and will be available in larger numbers, from exporters buying at the FloraHolland, starting in May/June – just in time for the wedding season. After all, true love and a little patience go hand in hand.
