There are countless opportunities to use flowers such as: the bridal bouquet, in the hair, as corsages, on the church altar, decorations in the hallway, on reception tables, on the wedding cake and on the buffet tables. Roses and Lilium are popular in bridal bouquets. The bridesmaids also carry small bouquets. White flowers are quite popular, but pink flowers are also frequently used. The choice of flowers is determined by the season and by the personal taste of the bride and groom.

Flowers are also used on the dinner tables during general rehearsals. The colors depend on the color schemes chosen by the bride and groom. At Jewish weddings, it is customary to make a canopy of flowers under which the pair marries. This symbolizes their home.
