Tips for care:

·        Do not keep in the cold store; optimal storage temperature 64 F.

·        Blue discoloration can occur at temperatures lower than 59 F. 

·        (Half) colored flowers are available from the trade; this has no negative effects on vase life, on the contrary

·        Handle with care; any damage will later discolor to black

·        Cut flower food is not essential but does no harm

Colors: Red, White,Pink and Orange 

Vase life: 5 to 7 days 

Care for arranged Anthurium

·        Display in a cool location, out of direct sunlight and away from air vents. Avoid excessively hot or cold areas.  

·        Check water level daily to make sure container is full and add warm water as needed.  

·        Mist daily  

·        Recut 1/2 inch from flower stems every 5 days and soak the bract (the large pink leaf-like part) and stem upside down in room temperature water for 2 hours.  

Care for boxed Anthurium


·        Unpack flowers immediately, being careful to avoid bruising or tearing the bracts.  

·        Cut off 1/2 inch of the stem.  

·        Immerse the bract (the pink leaf-like part) and stem upside down in room temperature water for 30 minutes to an hour. 

·        Display in a cool location, out of direct sunlight and away from air vents. Avoid excessively hot or cold areas.  

·        Check water level daily to make sure container is full and add warm water as needed.  

·        Mist daily  

·        Recut 1/2 inch from flower stems every 5 days and soak the bract (the large pink leaf-like part) and stem upside down in room temperature water for 2 hours.
