Learn, know, create
The first part, LEARN, deals with the basics of color, including the theory of color by Johannes Itten. The two most important elements of this theory are the color wheel and color contrasts. The universal meaning of color, color variation and warm and cold colors are all explained.

Test your knowledge

The theory lessons are concluded with a QUIZ. This will help you test what you have learned regarding color. You can than review the theory lessons and take the QUIZ again or, if you prefer, move on to the creative section of ColorExperience.

Working with color
CREATE uses exercises to help you create your own bouquet. You use the colors in a color chart to make your bouquet and can then compare your proposal with a bouquet made by our floral designer.

The exercises can be carried out using your own judgment, but based on the theory of color. The suggestions made by our floral designer are to help and inspire you. As you complete the exercises you will also find recommendations for creating arrangements.

Create your own exercise
In addition to the five specified exercises, there is room for an exercise that you develop by yourself. Get together with your colleagues to create an exercise and then carry it out. Compare the bouquets that each of you have made. The color schemes can be printed and/or saved and there is no end to the number of exercises that you can formulate and carry out.
