Make sure you have a hard copy in your shop to ensure it is part of your everyday approach to your business
Plan for discussing each of the main topics with your team and collect your visual evidence

When you have completed all questions save a copy to your computer before you return it, either by email to g.beeson@flowercouncil.org or by post to Gail Beeson, Flower Shop of the Year, Flower Council of Holland, 6 – 8 Catherine Street, Salisbury, SP1 2DA, to arrive by Friday 31st August 2007 at the very latest. Remember to include all your visual evidence as this will play a big part in the assessment.
