Between March and October there will be 3 knockout rounds
You will be judged using a combination of questionnaires, mystery telephone calls and mystery shoppers
Judges will be looking for the highest standards in shop presentation, display, customer service, and business planning and management
Tips on all these areas will be found on this website to give you as much help as possible
At the end of each round all successful florists will receive an Award of Excellence – Silver, Gold or Platinum – plus a point of sale pack
The overall winner will be announced in December 2008
