- I would like to obtain the Flower Council of Holland reference book/Dutch flower ID book, which lists various flowers and plants.
Our cut flower, pot plant and garden plant booklets are available to purchase (by credit card or invoice in Euros) via our online shop along with all of our other promotional material. - I would like to order your booklets but I’m not sure what information they contain.
A full description of our booklets and all other promotional material is given in the online shop when you click on the relevant item. You can browse around the shop before registering and purchasing goods. - We are a college and would like to order the latest edition of your cut flower booklet but our finance department requires us to raise a Purchase Order.
The Cut Flower Booklet and all other Promotional Material is only available to purchase (by credit card or invoice in Euros) via our online shop. It is no longer possible to order by post or pay by cheque. Reference codes and full descriptions of each item are given in the online shop when you click on the relevant item. - Could you tell me how much the booklets cost in sterling so that I can send you a cheque?
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to order by post or pay by cheque. It is only possible to purchase them (by credit card or invoice in Euros) via our online shop. - I can see the booklets on your website but I am not yet a registered business. Can I still purchase them?
Yes you can - the booklets are available to everyone. When you register, repeat your name in the Company Name field of the registration form if you do not have a company name yet. - I have ordered promotional material from your website and as we are a college have asked to be invoiced, has the order been processed as I have not received it yet?
As you selected to be invoiced your goods will not be despatched until we have received your payment. You need to transfer the amount in Euros within two weeks to our account: 'Rabobank 3231.22.353, The Netherlands' referencing the online shop order number provided on your email confirmation. If payment is not received within the two weeks your order will automatically be cancelled. If you have transferred your payment but not received your goods, please email us details including your order number. - Can I buy booklets etc over the telephone and send you payment by cheque?
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to order booklets over the telephone or pay for them by cheque. It is only possible to purchase booklets etc (by credit card or invoice in Euros) via our online shop. - Can I buy booklets etc over the telephone using my credit card?

Check that you’re using the correct username and password combination and that both are spelt correctly or as you registered them. If you still can’t log in, click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link (below the log in box) and type in the email address you registered with and your username and password will be emailed to you. - The payment/submit/send button is missing.
The shop is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. If you have a different browser (for example Firefox or Macintosh) some buttons, like payment, submit and send are not visible. - Is the online shop secure? I’ve just seen a warning message about leaving an insecure site and others being able to view my information.
Yes it is safe to use the online shop. The Rababobank section where credit card payments are made is secure. You received the warning message because you were leaving this section after completing the payment process. - Why can't I pay with my Maestro card?
Unfortunately The Rababobank section where credit card payments are made is only able to process major credit cards such as MasterCard and VISA. We are unable to accept Maestro, Solo or any other debit cards. - Will I be charged VAT?
Yes unless you are VAT registered and filled in your VAT number on the registration form. If you did not and would like to add it, log in to the online shop and click on the ‘Profile’ link. Click on the ‘Change’ button under Company Details and type in your VAT number. Click the ‘Save’ button under that section to save your changes and update your profile. The VAT will now automatically be deducted from your shopping list/order as you shop. - Why is the shipping cost so expensive?
The shipping costs for small orders may seem relatively high, but these are standard charges with our carrier DHL. The advantage of their service is that orders are traceable, right down to who signs for them on receipt of the package. - How do I change my password?
Log in to the online shop and click on the ‘Change password’ link. Type in your new password in the * Password box and then again in the * Confirm Password box. Click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes and make a note of your new password. - How do I change my delivery address?
Log in to the online shop and click on the ‘Profile’ link. Scroll to the bottom of the page, either click on the ‘Edit’ link of an existing address and update (and save), or click on the ‘Insert address’ link. Add the new address details and click ‘Save’. When you next order, you will be able to select this new address, or an existing address from the drop-down list under ‘Delivery address’ and/or ‘Billing address’. - Is there a user guide?
Yes you can download a copy of the user guide. You will find it in the Shop section.
Please do not post cash, cheques or your credit card details to us!
Please place your order and make your payment by credit card or request an invoice via the online shop. If you choose to pay by invoice; the invoice will be sent to you. Once we have received your payment, your goods will be despatched. If you choose to pay by credit card; you can fill out all the details in a secured section of the shop and the goods will be shipped immediately.
