Each plant bears 4 to 8 clusters of quite small flowers. The plant is an absolute eye-catcher in any setting and can last for up to three months indoors.

Earlier this year the plant won the ‘promising newcomer’ category at the FloraHolland Awards. The jury felt that newcomer Ice Cascade ‘adds a new dimension to the image of Cymbidium as a houseplant’. The 60 to 70 cm tall cascading orchid is available in limited numbers and supply is still irregular as the product has not yet left the launch phase. The plant is supplied as standard in a 13 cm pot complete with hook, sturdy wrapper and a stick pin with tips for care.
